Oil paint - Gamblin, Rembrandt, Winsor Newton, or anything higher quality will do. Please do not purchase any paints with the word “hue” at the end. Feel free to arrange the paints in the order stated below upon your palette before arriving.

Gamsol
Portable brush washer (like this)
Gamblin’s Solvent-Free Gel or Rublevs Oleogel
Paper towels (Viva brand recommended)
Palette (medium glass palette recommended)
Palette knife or glass scraper
Brushes with soft bristles in a variety of sizes (some recommended sets are Rosemary's Michael Klein set, Master’s Choice series, or Eclipse Long Comber series)
8 painting panels, sizes 8” x 10” - 11” x 14” - I recommend a smooth primed linen or canvas panel of some sort. The pre-gessoed canvases you find in most art stores are not prepared enough and you will have a difficult time painting on them, please be sure to prepare them properly before you use. You may also purchase pre-prepared surfaces from sites like JerrysArtarama. Here is a video of how to make your own panels if you would like to use what I am using during the class.
